Pool & Deck
The pool area as well as the house sits high upon a dune and looks over Port Aransas. It is surrounded by a large deck with patio furniture and palm trees for your afternoon enjoyment.

Kitchen
Summerplace has a large commercial style kitchen that will make any chef proud. It offers a large commercial side by side refrigerator with a separate commercial freezer. There is a huge butcher block countertop for food preparation and a commercial stove and oven as well. Add in an ice maker, three sinks, two dishwashers, flatware and utensils and this kitchen has all you need. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate utility room with two washers and two dryers for your convenience.

Dining
The dining room is just off the kitchen and has seating for twenty-five along with a small bar area adjoining the kitchen. It also includes a small sitting area with lots of natural light for enjoying your morning coffee and tea.

Living Area
Come in from the beach or fishing and relax to some music in the living area. It has two couches and large chairs with a very nice gas log fireplace. The stereo system features a six disc changer and there is a large chest with plenty of beach towels for your family. There is also a pass thru wet bar looking into the kitchen for enjoying an afternoon cocktail.

Billiards Parlor
Walk upstairs to enjoy the billiard’s parlor and game room. With a large wrap around deck this room is a perfect get away in the house. It features a terrific pool table, wet bar, ice maker and telescope.

Bedroom
Summerplace has six bedrooms with two master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. There are two smaller suites with queen beds along with the bunk room with four bunk beds and the beach room with two twin beds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and cable tv as well.
